By accessing or using SocioVik ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
SocioVik provides an AI-powered social media management platform that includes content generation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SocioVik is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the terms of any third-party social media platform. SocioVik reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.
Content generated using SocioVik's AI tools is owned by you, the user. SocioVik retains ownership of the platform, its code, branding, and underlying AI systems. You grant SocioVik a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioVik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or service interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
