We collect information you provide directly (name, email, profile data), information generated through your use of the Service (content generated, usage logs, token consumption), and technical information (IP address, browser type, device information) automatically when you use SocioVik.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional communications, and analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Prompts and content you generate through SocioVik may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, etc.) subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not use your content to train our own models without explicit consent.
When you connect social media accounts, we store OAuth access tokens — not your passwords. These tokens are encrypted and used solely to publish content on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time through the Social Accounts page.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security (RLS) to ensure your data is accessible only to you.
SocioVik uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how the Service is used and to improve user experience.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

SocioVik integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database), and AI providers. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
