SocioVik offers refunds within 7 days of the initial purchase of any paid subscription plan. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the billing date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of technical failure on our end.
To request a refund, contact us at billing@sociovik.com with your registered email address, order ID, and reason for the refund request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds may be granted if: (a) you have not used more than 10% of your monthly token allowance, (b) the Service experienced significant downtime due to our fault, or (c) you were charged incorrectly. Refunds will not be issued for simply changing your mind after more than 7 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
One-time token top-ups and add-ons are non-refundable once consumed. Annual plan upgrades are partially refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank transfers may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
